Where the future of onchain finance is decided

The Big Whale is the strategic intelligence partner for over 150 leading financial institutions navigating the digital asset economy — operating one of the largest institutional networks in onchain finance.

In November 2026, we host the inaugural edition of the Geneva Summit in Geneva. Join your peers in a cohort of 300 hand-picked decision-makers from leading banks and asset management firms to define the standards of tomorrow's finance industry together.

All discussions are held under Chatham House Rule. No recordings. No press. Pure signal.

Topics Covered

Six operational fronts that
structure the next three years.

The debate over the legitimacy of digital assets is closed. The Summit covers the decisions that remain: which operational standards, governance practices, and execution playbooks will define institutional adoption between now and 2029.

01

The Regulatory Architecture

MiCA is signed but accounts for 20% of the real regulatory problem. Basel III prudential treatment of crypto exposures, DORA, FATF Travel Rule, AML/CFT. The architecture decisions you need to ship before December 2026.

02

Stablecoins & Cross-Border Settlement

Digital euro vs. private stablecoins vs. deposit tokens. What is actually running in production on EUR-USD, EUR-CHF, and EUR-EM corridors, with live cost, latency, and failure rate benchmarks.

03

Custody & Institutional Infrastructure

Who do you trust when the assets are real? Which chain for which use case? Which oracle without systemic risk? The operational stack institutional CTOs, CROs, and heads of custody ship together.

04

Tokenization of Real Assets

From term sheet to on-chain. Token legal structure, register choice, secondary liquidity, taxation, audit trail. The friction triangle issuers, institutional investors, and regulators actually negotiate.

05

AI Agents in Regulated Finance

When software starts making capital decisions inside a regulated institution. Compliance perimeter under MiCA and DORA, deployment patterns that work, the new attack surface at the crypto-AI intersection.

06

Institutional Doctrine & Capital Strategy

How tier-1 institutions and public capital actually allocate to digital assets. Mandates, thresholds, internal governance, and a real map of European adoption with operational figures only.
